Where we meet you
Terminals and meeting points
Terminal 1
Arrivals hall, opposite the Costa. Long-haul and most European carriers. Your chauffeur is in place from touchdown.
Terminal 2
Arrivals concourse by the information desk. Emirates, Qatar and the expanded long-haul operation. Extra waiting for immigration queues is included.
Terminal 3
Arrivals exit, ground floor. Domestic and short-haul. For quick turnarounds we can also meet kerbside on request.
Departures are collected from your home, office or hotel and dropped at the terminal entrance. If your party is travelling with more than four cases we allocate the V-Class as standard rather than charging for a second vehicle.
International arrivals
Long-haul into Manchester
We work regularly with passengers and crew arriving from the Gulf, and understand what a fourteen-hour flight followed by immigration actually looks like. Waiting time is generous by default, the vehicle is cooled before you reach it, and the chauffeur will not make conversation unless you start it.
Arabic and Portuguese-speaking chauffeurs can be requested at booking. Larger family groups arriving together are handled with V-Class vehicles or a small convoy under one point of contact.

Can I book a return transfer?
Yes, and it is usually the better price. Book both legs together and we hold the same chauffeur and vehicle where the schedule allows.
